November 3, 2016. As a condition of that order, the owner of the subdivision,Rawley Street
Development Trust, was to convey a certain strip of land along the south side of D'Amato Way
(Parcel "B") to the adjacent parcel 3, as shown on the attached plan. Further, the adjacent
Owners are to convey to the Trust a small triangular parcel at the intersection of D'Amato Way
and Rawl Street (Parcel "A") so that the corner could be pproperl ed.
