l. Engineering recommends that the applicant consider connecting to the sanitary sewer system in Industrial Lane.
The record plan for the sewer indicates that a stub was left in front of the property. The applicant should check
the elevation of this stub to ensure that they will.be able to enter the system with adequate pitch. The applicant's
engineer should contact the DPW to assist in locating the stub.
2. The site plan shows a proposed drainage area,due to the small area of disturbance and increase in impervious
area,this area is not necessitated at this time.
