Description of Site: Site is currently used for parking and is dirt, It is bounded on the
north by a single family dwelling and on the south by a vacant lot. There is a fence on a
portion of the northern property line.
Provision for Traffic Flow: There is access to the rear of the building from Springfield
Street via a drive on the south side of the existing building. There is also an access
easement from Royal Lane on the eastern side of the property.
Parking: Though the lot is used for parking, it is not proposed to be paved at this time.
Drainage: Not provided. See Engineering comments.
Public Utilities: Unchanged.
Landscaping/Screening and Buffers: Not provided. The following landscape note is the
be placed on the plan: "All plantings must be maintained and that portion of the public
way abutting the parcel and including the treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and
attractive condition by the owner of the parcel." A fence should be installed along the
southern property line
