We found -
That the HP doesn't meet the minimum requirement, and with the angle of
parking, the parking spot length needs to be increased, other wise a HP Van will
protrude into the flow of traffic.
There is no mention of a change to the main entrance. What is the
availability for handicap to enter on their own accord?
What is the layout for the new handicap bathroom?
We recommend MGL 40-22a, CMR 521 23.00, 23.4.7, 23.6, 26.00, 30.00, and 35.00, in
accordance to Local, State, and Federal Codes.

Per your request dated April 11, 2007, we have reviewed the Site Plan for Valenti's on Main Strut. We
note the following,
1. The plan does not propose any additional parking stalls. The proposed building additions and
interior remodeling might increase the number of patrons at Valenti's. Congestive on-site
parking may result.
2. As stated on the plan, proposed access to the existing dumpster on the subject site will be routed
through the owner's adjacent property to the west. The proposed lavatory & entry addition will
impede future access to the present location of the dumpster. If the adjacent property is ever sold,
the dumpster may have to be relocated on the subject site.
