Engineering has reviewed the plan entitled "Lot Division; Silver and Suffield Streets; Plan of Land in Agawam,
MA; Prepared For: O'Leary — Vicunas No. Two, LLC (Owners); Date, 11/9/06, Rev 12/5/06, Rev 5110/07".
1. The concept plan included the in site -plan set shows sidewalk along lot 2's frontage on Silver and
Suffield Streets. The proposed sidewalk will require additional easements and it is Engineering's
recommendation that they be determined now, at the same time as the sidewalk easements for the
adjacent lot 1.
2. Engineering recommends that the applicant establish access and drainage easements between the two
proposed lots.
3. An instrument with written descriptions is required for the sidewalk easements; the easements need to be
accepted by the Torn Council
