The concept plan included the in site -plan set shows sidewalk along lot 2's frontage on Silver and Suffield Streets. The proposed sidewalk will require additional easements and it is Engineering's recommendation that they be determined now, at the same time as the sidewalk easements for the adjacent lot 1. 2. Engineering recommends that the applicant establish access and drainage easements between the two proposed lots. 3. An instrument with written descriptions is required for the sidewalk easements; the easements need to be accepted by the Torn Council if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact this division.
