Clark School 1. The drainage proposed will provide an improvement over current conditions. It will not resolve all ponding for every storm event. Phelps School 2. The existing and proposed drainage structures must be fully labeled with existing and proposed pipe inverts, pipe diameters, pipe materials. and such. Robinson Park School 3. Please add a plan note for the contractor that proposed grade changes must not impact the existing swale and earth berm which currently direct runoff around the southerly side of the building. Granger School 4. The existing and proposed drainage structures must be fully labeled with existing and proposed pipe inverts, pipe diameters, pipe materials. and such. 5. The proposed water line relocation should have gate valves added such that the new section of water line can be isolated from the existing line until all testing has been performed and approved and the existing .water service section can be abandoned. Appropriate corporations must be available for water line filling, pressure testing, chlorination, flushing, and disinfection testing can occur for the isolated new section while the existing pipe section still serves the school. Fire suppression must be available at all times and potable drinking water must be available to the school while in session. From what we heard on the broadcasted Town Council Meeting presentation of this project, and how these buildings are being installed don't match up. We also have nothing telling us anything about the interior of these buildings. We would like to be able to be at a meeting where every aspect of this project brought out before we can give any type of a thumbs up.
