The DPW will require the owner to submit annual reports verifying that the system has been properly maintained and has not malfunctioned. c. Engineering recommends that the applicant sweep the site at least annually to remove any road maintenance sediments that may have accumulated on the site. d. We found- This set of prints had a lot more detail, and addressed codes upfront, compared to the first set of prints set for review. We liked how the prints addressed previous issues of recommendations, but still missed a minor reading on the parking issue. The Prints addressed 521 CMR 23.2, and did a great job in doing this. However, they missed reading 521 CMR 23.2.4 and 23.3.3, and where 1 van accessible parking is a minimum requirement per building, we suggest 2 Van signs to be posted per building. The parking is already designed for this, and will not require additional redrawing of the prints. This building is listed to have medical offices/facility. This is a multi-floor building, and we had nothing to look at for the interior of the building. In not knowing dimensions and layouts of the inside of the building, we can not provide any recommendations as for accessibility for ADA. The sidewalk on Silver St. Side, doesn't show the walkway going anywhere, and this can pose a safety hazard if this is an alternate egress or fire exit. We recommend that all exits/entrances be accessible, reevaluate the number of handicap parking space, bring the van hp parking up to 4 (2 at each building)up to code, in accordance to Local, State, and Federal Codes.
