The work specified above is not located within resource areas regulated by the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. The area that is identified for this ride installation is currently utilized as the Timber Town theme and picnic area for patrons.The area is intended to be utilized by younger park patrons and families.The redevelopment program includes the installation of a small theater and show area,a new Food Cafe,a new play structure and two new rides. There are minimal utility revisions are required as part of this project.A portion of the electrical and communications systems will need to be relocated for ride placement.A water and sewer connection will be needed for a new Food CaM being proposed as part of this area.
