am in receipt of a plan entitled "Proposed Inter-Office Walkway", by ECS, Inc, dated November
2, 2006.
Upon review of the plan and accompanying photographs, I am pleased to notify you that the
project is approved as submitted. The plan indicates that an easement agreement has been
executed with Northrup Electric for crossing the Northrup property and that there will be no net
change in the capacity of the storm water detention basin at the north of the Silver Street
property.
Please note that this approval does not supersede any'review or requirements by the City of
Agawam for the project.
