At its duly called meeting held on October 6, 2005, the Agawam Planning Board voted to deny the
Form A for property located between Hunt Street and Maple Avenue. The plan did not contain
adequate information on which to base a decision that the Subdivision Control Law did not apply.
Please revise the plan to show all existing structures.
