Moylan Lane is a two way, undivided road without center line markings. The total width of the road surface is 31'8". The distance from the above proposed entrance/exit to Shoemaker Lane is 1/10th of a mile. The road surface is paved asphalt with no defects. Visif- line of sight in a northern direction is in excess of 323'. Line of sight in a southern direction is in excess of 202'. Due to changes in business conditions, the applicant is hereby submitting a request for an amendment to the plans you approved for construction of only 6,000 square feet instead of the originally approved 12,600 square feet. The proposed building would essentially be the front half of what was approved along with employee parking spaces located at the east side of the building but without the loading dock that was originally proposed. We have revised the storm water management plan and adjusted site grading accordingly. The building width and the building height are as originally proposed, as is the use of construction materials at the front of the building. We trust that since this is a reduction in the development scheme that was originally proposed and since it does comply with the town zoning requirements, that this amendment can be approved contingent upon the satisfaction of review by the City Engineer.
