Dear Mr. Fazio:
At its duly called meeting held on December 20, 2005, the Agawam Planning Board voted to deny
the Form A for Lot 96, North Street shown on a plan prepared by D.L. Bean, Inc. and dated
December 8, 2005. The lot is shown as part of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan submitted for the
Planning Board's action. As such the lot must meet the Subdivision requirements for grading,
sidewalks, treebelts and the like. Please also see the attached memo from the Agawam Engineering
Department dated December 15, 2005 which supports this denial.
