Per your request dated October 11, 2000 we have reviewed the plans for the above referenced project
entitled, "Feeding Hills Congregational Church 21 N. Westfield St. Feeding Hills, MA" dated 2/10/98 (no
rev. date for new parking added), and we have the following comments:
I. A Storm Drain Permit will be required from the Department of Public Works. The applicant should
fill out a Storm Drain Permit form and submit it to our division. It has been determined by the Dept.
of Public Works that the only requirement will be that the proposed pavement shall be pitched toward
the ball field to the west.
2. We are unsure as to the applicant's proposed parking stall layout since it is not shown on the plan.
It appears that 50 spaces may not fit in the 174' x 59' area.

I have reviewed the site plan for the addition of a 174'x 59'blacktop parking area that would
house an additional 54 parking spaces. This additional parking area will have no impact on
pedestrian or traffic safety.
However, with the addition of 54 parking spaces,they must be in compliance with the Town
Code regarding Handicapped parking spaces.
