1. There is a concern that the drain manhole labeled DMH `D' on sheet 4 of 7 of the
Definitive Plan as well as the drain line from DMH `D' to DMH `E' may not be located
within the drainage easement. This should be double checked in the field by the
contractor's surrey crew. We have attached a copy of the area in question to this memo.
