Revised 8/28/01,by.W: Kim and we have the following comments:
1. We recommend the applicant reference the site in the title block as Lot 28 and Lot 29 Maple
Avenue rather than 17 Maple Avenue. Number 17 is the town parcel number not the street
address.
.2. Since the parcel of land containing lot 28 and lot 29 is less than 1 acre, on-site detention of
stormwater zunoff is not required.
3. The applicant has not shown existing or proposed contours on the site plan therefore we cannot
comment on surface drainage. We recommend that any additional on-site stormwater runoff
created by proposed construction be contained on-site and not routed onto adjacent lots; we
will monitor runoff when construction is complete.
