I will address each question as follows; Issues Nr: 1) The DPW request that the builder of each individual lot submit a separate storm drain permit prior to the beginning of construction. Answer Nr 1 )This will be addressed by the builder at the time of permit. Issues Nr: 2) It is suggested that the Planning Board get assurance that there will not be a requirement for any drainage easement on Lot 5 for lots 1 -4. Answer Nr 2)This will be addressed by the Builder at the time of permit. In addition there is no notation of a tot NR 5 noted on the Preliminary plan.
