Dear Ms. Dachos and Mr. Dailey:
I have received your memorandum of issues concerning land owned by me on North Street
extension that need to be addressed prior and for your approval. I will address each question as
follows;
Issues Nr: 1) The DPW request that the builder of each individual lot submit a separate storm
drain permit prior to the beginning of construction.
Answer Nr 1 )This will be addressed by the builder at the time of permit.
Issues Nr: 2) It is suggested that the Planning Board get assurance that there will not be a
requirement for any drainage easement on Lot 5 for lots 1 -4.
Answer Nr 2)This will be addressed by the Builder at the time of permit. In
addition there is no notation of a tot NR 5 noted on the
Preliminary plan.
Issue Nr: 3) A property pin or Bound is needed at the bearing change along North Street
Extension on Lot NR 1 (22.16 feet from the lot 2 Pin).
Answer Nr.3 ) I have forwarded a copy of your request to Heritage land
Surveyors and have asked them to adjust the Plan as
suggested, and will be submitted for the 6 December Planning
Meeting.
Issue Nr: 4)The Engineering Division would like to know what the owner's intent is for Lot 5?
