Subject: Site Plan 390 - Cecchi Farms - 1131 Springfield Street
Per your request dated November 27, 2001, we have reviewed the above referenced
untitled plan by unknown preparer for Cecchi Farms 1131 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA
01030, and have the following comments. These comment result from a review of the site plan
ordinance.
L) We recommend the applicant show the plan on a 24" x 36" sheet with a title block
containing the following: Plan Title, Date, Drawing Scale, and Plan Preparer.
2.) We recommend the applicant show existing and proposed contours on the plan. Without
contours, we cannot comment on surface drainage.
3.) If the proposed building will have exterior lighting, we recommend showing the exterior
lighting on the plan.
4.) If a dumpster is proposed, we recommend showing it with screening fence on the plan.
5.) We recommend the applicant show all property lines on the plan and have the plan stamped
by a surveyor or reference a survey plan.
6.) The applicant is required to obtain a Storm Drain Permit from the Agawam D.P.W.
Superintendent.
7.) We recommend the applicant more accurately dimension the proposed building from the
northerly lot line along Springfield Street. Existing buildings are shown on current town
record maps at 200' from the northerly lot line along Springfield Street.
8.) We ask that the applicant to notify the Agawam Engineering Division twenty four hours
prior to ;he start of construction.
