This plan submission satisfies the Board's conditional approval that was granted on March 11, 2002 for the replacement of a landscaped area in Crack Axel Canyon with a Superheros Caricature Building. The first project is the replacement of three(3)skill games which were to be constructed-in conjunction with the new roller coaster approved by the Planning Board on June 25, 2001 with the"Ham on Rye"virtually reality amusement. The"Ham on Rye"amusement is shown on a plan entitled"Custom Canopy for Ham on Rye Technologies"prepared by Sundance and dated November 23, 2001. After review of this plan, the Planning Board does not find this to be a significant change to the earlier approved Site Plan and will not warrant a new Site Plan. The second project, is the proposed replacement of three (3) basketball games located near the Superheros Food Complex with a new Superheros Caricature Building. The new building is approximately 250 sq.ft. and is shown on a plan entitled"Superheros Caricature Building"prepared by Edwards Kelcey and dated February 22,2002. The Planning Board voted unanimously that the proposed change does not warrant the submission of a Site Plan. The final proposed change is the replacement of landscaped area in Crack Axel Canyon with another Superheros Caricature Building. The building is to be approximately 16' by 15'. No plans or elevations were submitted. The Planning Board unanimously voted that the new structure will not warrant the submission of a Site Plan conditional upon the receipt of elevations for the structure.
