Per your request dated June 27 h,2002,we have reviewed the plan submitted with the "Application
for Site Plan Approval"for applicant Glenn Falcetti and have the following comments:
1.) We recommend the applicant submit the plan on a 24" x 36" sheet of paper with a title block
containing street address,the applicant's name and address, date, scale, and the name of the preparer
of the plan.
2.) We recommend the applicant show a silt fence installation detail on the plan.
3.) We recommend the applicant file a Notice of Intent since proposed construction is within 100'(buffer
zone)of the bank bordering on the pond shown on the plan. If the applicant proposed to construct
the pavilion outside the buffer zone, then filing a Notice of Intent would not be necessary.
