Surveyor, 180 Great Plains Road, P.O. Box 1093, West Springfield, MA 10190; Date: 3-13-03;
Scale; 1"=40' and note the following:
1. The subject parcels"A"&"B"are located in Residential B zoning and should be so noted on
the plan.
2. We defer administration of the specific zoning criteria to the Building Inspector.
3. The applicant should include all existing buildings and corresponding addresses for parcel"B"
on the plan.
4. The topography for parcel"A"is presently lower than the surrounding areas. Consideration
for surface storm water flow should be given when parcel"A"is to be developed. A storm
drain easement and/or storm drain permit may be needed for parcel"A" at that time.
