Dear Ms. Prouty:
At its meeting held on April 3, 2003, the Planning Board voted to table action on Richy's Tree
Service until the use has been approved by the Board of Appeals. The Board anticipates that there
will be a number of changes that it will require to the Site Plan if the use is approved. Out of
consideration to the applicant,the Board will not require that he incur the cost of the plan revisions,
unless and until the Board of Appeals acts favorably on the application.
The Board also tabled action on the Bondi's Island submission. The Chairman of the Conservation
Commission has asked that the applicant file a Determination of Applicability with the Commission.
Finally the Board tabled action on the Tower Venture's Site Plan because revised plans have not
been submitted.
