The Board asks that the following items be addressed: show dumpster location and screening; -- show all exterior lighting(must be fully shielded); show landscaped buffer or fence on the west side of the lot between the abutter and car lot; -- the plan is to show the layout for the number of vehicles that are being applied for with car license as well as the layout for customer, employee and handicapped parking; -- if the existing fence is to remain and only the front portion of the site is to be paved,the number of cars that could be accommodated in this area and their layout must be shown; -- detailed landscaping plan showing size and-species is to be provided along with the following note on the plan: "All plantings must be maintained and that portion of the public way abutting the parcel and including the treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition by the owner of the parcel."
