At its duly called meeting held on October 16,2403,the Agawam Planning Board voted to approve
the Site Plan entitled "Site Plan, 700 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA"with the following
conditions:
1. Items 1, 3,4, and 5 of the Engineering Department's memo dated October 16,2003
be addressed.
2. The fence shown on the plan shall be a 6.5'board on board type fence.
3. A landscape plan shall be submitted for the Planning Board's approval. The Board
suggests that the plan should incorporate the use of 1 %z" upright maples and crab
trees or comparable trees, as well as some evergreens in front of the fence. The
landscape plan must also contain the following notation: "All plantings must be
maintained and that portion of the public way abutting the parcel and including the
treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition by the owner of the

I. The existing site is over an acre in size therefore a storm drain permit is required. The proposed
greenhouse will be located over existing gravel which will have a minimal effect on impervious
area, as a result, no storm drainage calculations are required. Storm drain permit applications are
available from the Department of Public Works.
2. Please include a Locus Map on the site plan.
3. Please indicate on the site plan the height of the stockade fence.
4. Please correct the spelling of"Sliech"on the site plan.
5. If any proposed utility services are to be constructed on site,please submit a new site plan
showing existing and proposed utilities within the site and Springfield Street. All utility services
must comply with the Standards of the Agawam Engineering Department.
