Per your request dated October 26, 1998 regarding subject Form A, "
Consolidation Of Lots &Division of Land in Agawam, MA, prepared for Thomas J. &
John V. Rosati, by Alfred A. Melien, R.L.S., P.E., dated August 12, 1998, and having a
scale of V = 50' " and we have the following comments:
1.) The address of Parcel B, 431 Silver Street, should be added to the plan.
2.) There are dashed lines that are within Parcel C that should be labeled.
3.) There should be a note stating that parcel A is to be combined with Parcel C.
4.) Our department has computed an area of 352,858 S-F. for Parcel C, 8.10 Acres,
and 121,871 S.E for Parcel A, 2.80 Acres. The total area of land for the
combination of Parcels A and C is 474,729 S.F, 10.9 Acres.
