Pirog, ET ALS, by Alfred A. Melien, R.L.S., P.E., dated August 12, 1998, and having a scale of 1" = 40' " and we have the following comments: 1.) The southern property line of Parcel B is labeled N 5 V 58" 45" E, it should be changed to N 510 58' 45" E. 2.) Parcel A is labeled 121,817 SQ. F E, our division has calculated the area to be 121,871 SQ. FT.. 3.) There is a dashed line that is within Parcel B that should be labeled. 4.) The right of way within Parcel A is labeled 25' and the parcel (25' strip) that is west of Parcel B both scale to be +/- 13' wide. The bearings and distances are correct throughout the plan but the areas mentioned above are drawn incorrectly. The southern property line of Parcel A (357.89') does not scale to the length shown; it will be correct once the correct width of the right of way is added.
