After reviewing the Form A dated February 2, 1999 from Nicholas
' Santinello and the accompanying subdivision plan from Heritage Surveys
Inc., dated January 28, 1999, the following comments apply:
1) The survey data shown on this most recent plan is in agreement with
the definitive subdivision plan data from Heritage Surveys Inc., dated
March 18, 1997.
' 2) the proposed development complies with the Towns' designation for
this parcel as Residential A2. For future reference though, this plan should
also show the boundary between Residential A2 and Agriculture. This
boundary runs parallel to and is 200 feet from North West Street.
3) The proposed frontage of 114.12 feet exceeds the Towns' requirement
of a 100 foot minimum and is acceptable.
4) A house number of 970 is shown on the plan and should also be shown
on the Form A as well.
