Subject: Form A - 148; North Westfield Street - Kirk
Per your request dated February 23, 1999, we have reviewed the referneced
project and have the folllowing comments to make;
1. The "Division of Property Plan" by D.L. Bean, Inc. dated February 8, 1999 and
submitted by Mr. &z Mrs. Thomas Kirk is acceptable as proposed. The
accompanying survey data agrees with the definitive plan for the Parkedge Drive
subdivision reference plan #1844 (694) by W.D. Pharmer, Civil Engineer, dated
May 1969.
2. The development on the opposite side of Parkedge Drive was proposed for single
lot development. The proposal by Mr. &- Mrs. Kink is similar to this original
design. Also, the existing easements and zoning are shown correctly and each lot
exceeds the frontage requirement.
3. It appears that even with the Western Mass. Electric Co. easement running
through the lot, there is still sufficient yardege all around to meet the zoning
requirements pertaining to this lot.
4. And of course, before anv building permit can be issued, a plot development plan
for Lot #2 must be submitted to the building inspector for review.
