Per your request dated May 25, 1999, we have reviewed the plan entitled
"Division of Property, Agawam, Massachusetts; For: Henry Waniewski, 397 South
Westfield Street,Agawam, Mass.; by Marc E. Shute, Dated May 12, 1999," and we have
the following comments:
1. As indicated on the plan, the remaining land of Henry P. Waniewski, Mathew
Waniewski, and Michael Waniewski does not meet the minimum frontage
requirement for a legal building lot.
2. In the event of any.future development of the land to the south of Lot #425,
the south side set back of the house should be checked to see if it meets the
minimum side yard requirement.
3. If future subdivision access to the remaining 33 acres is desired, it would not
be possible to furnish the required 15 ft radius on the corners of lots b and 7.
If you any questions please do not hesitate to contact our division.
