That certain piece or parcel of land containing 3.47 acres, more or less; the southwesterly corner of which is about 600 feet northeasterly of Moylan Lane in the Town of Agawam, County of Hampden, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Said land being shown as "Parcel A" on a map hereinafter referred,being more particularly bounded and described as follows: "Parcel A" Commencing at a concrete bound marking the southwesterly corner of the herein described parcel, the northwesterly corner of the 'remaining land of the Grantor and land now or formerly of Raymond F.
