Per your request dated May 23, 2000 we have reviewed the site plan entitled, " New
Building For: Bridgeport National Bindery, 622 Silver Street, Agawam, MA, by The O'Leary,
Inc., dated May 5, 1998, revised May 17, 2000, scale 1"=40'." We have the following comment.
1.) The vehicles parked in the westernmost proposed parking spaces may have to make several
turning movements to exit the stalls. The applicant may want to consider adding a small
paved area to the west for these vehicles to back out onto.

Enclosed are ten sets of the site plan L101 revised and dated May 17 with an issued date of
May 19 including Form D.
The owner is looking to get town approval to add a 50' x 25' paved area on the north side of the
building for parking vans. Please contact Jim Larsen at Bridgeport National Bindery to make
him aware of when the planning board date is for this project. No one from The O'Leary
Company will be coming to the meeting unless you become aware of any roadblocks that would
need further discussion by someone from The O'Leary Company. Jim Larsen will be contracting
out the paving work on his own, and The O'Leary Company has just provided the updated site
plan drawing for this change.
