" We have the following comments 1. The following notes should be added to the plan: A. " Prior to any installation of any sewer,water or drainage lines,the contractor/owner shall contact the Town of Agawam's Engineering Division, 786-0400 x 275. No piping/appurtenances will be installed or backfilled without the permission of the division. " B. " All plantings must be maintained and that portion of the public way abutting the parcel and including the treebelt shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition by the owner of the parcel. " 2. A storm drain permit will be.required for this site plan. Drainage calculations should be submitted for both pre and post conditions for the 2, 10, and 100 year storms, respectively. 3. The size and type of water service should be noted on the plans. 4. If there is a proposed dumpster for this site, it should be shown on the plans and encompassed by a screening fence. 5. All radii in the proposed parking area should be labeled. 6. A detail of a sanitary sewer trench section should be included on the plans and be according to the Town's specifications.
