The Planning Board has received a Form A for Silver Street Partnership. This Form A was
a condition of an earlier Site Plan Approval, The Form A is an exact copy of a Form A
which was approved by the Planning Board on September 17, 1998, but was never recorded.
Attached you will find the Engineering memo concerning this Form A. The Planning Board
canceled its meeting last night due to the cold. They will act on January 29'when I expect
the Board to re-approve the plan.
