Per your request dated March 25, 2004, we have reviewed the Site Plan entitled, "Site Plan in
Agawam, Malkoon Motors 1039 Springfield St."; prepared by: Anderson Associates 1130 Williams St.,
Longmeadow,Massachusetts; Scale: 1" =30'; Rev: Feb. 2000. I have the following comments.
I met with the owner on-site during the week of March 25'. We discussed the layout of parking stalls
comparing those shown on the site plan,and the actual use of the site, which are not the same. I requested
that he submit a new plan which shows the parking stalls as they will actually be utilized with the new
proposal including the building expansion. Once I receive that information, and have had an opportunity
to review it, comments will be submitted to the Planning Board.
