C (buffers) from the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The Board would like to meet with you to draft a zoning amendment which would address buffers. Proposed Amendment to Subdivision Rules & Regulations "Buffers" Section 159-31 C which now reads: "A buffer strip not to exceed thirty (30) feet may be required when warranted by drainage or other local conditions. A buffer strip shall be considered part of the lot on which it is located but shall be protected through a permanent restrictive covenant. The covenant shall be recorded with the definitive plan and proof of recording shall be submitted to the Planning Board.
