approve the Site Plan entitled "Site Plan, 28 Moylan Lane", dated 4-8-2002, Revised 5-16-2002",
and submitted to this office on September 28, 2004, conditional upon additional slats being
installed in the fence to further shield the area for a distance of approximately 100' on the south
side of the building.

I have reviewed the site plan titled, "Site Plan, 28 Moylan Lane", dated 4-8-2002, Rev. 5-16-
2002, JR Sweeping - James Ricco 25 Washington Ave. Ext. Agawam, MA. I have the following
comments.
It appears that the location for a new structure has been sketched onto a pre-existing site plan
created by D.L. Bean Inc. for previously completed improvements at the site.
During construction disturbed soils must be kept on site such that adjacent properties are not
impacted by erosion and sedimentation during rainfall events. The increase in impervious area
is not significant given that the adjacent areas are vegetated. If any adverse impacts occur on
adjacent properties due to drainage volume or characteristics the surrounding area must be re-
graded such that runoff flows to the drainage easement.
It would be greatly appreciated if in the future submittals for review were not distributed one day
before the scheduled public hearing.
